One Day, Two Places, One HiPE Family

Our Team Building 2025 was not just an event—it was a celebration of people, connection, and the spirit of being one family. On the same day, our Cebu and Manila branches gathered in different places, but shared the same purpose: to pause from the busy workdays and spend time with each other.


Under the warmth of the sun and the sound of the waves, our Cebu team enjoyed beachside activities that brought out laughter and teamwork. From fun games to simple bonding moments, the day was all about enjoying the company of one another. 




Manila — The Manila branch, on the other hand, had a jam-packed day filled with different activities that kept the energy high from start to finish. From team obstacle courses to fun group challenges, icebreakers, and laughter-filled competitions, every moment was designed to bring out teamwork and creativity. The Manila team enjoyed a variety of games that tested not only strength but also strategy, communication, and trust.




As the sun set on both celebrations, what remained wasn’t just the memory of the activities, but the feeling of belonging. This is what makes HiPE special—not just the work we do, but the people we do it with. At the end of the day, both branches carried home the same thing: happy memories, stronger bonds, and the pride of being part of one HiPE family This is Team Building 2025. This is Us. This is HiPE.
