The holiday season is always special, but this year’s Christmas Party was truly one for the books. Inspired by the vibrant and feel-good spirit of the movie Mamma Mia, the celebration was filled with laughter, gratitude, exciting surprises, and heartfelt moments. The evening brought everyone together to celebrate not just Christmas—but also the people, partnerships, and achievements that made the year remarkable. From fun games and dazzling performances to meaningful awards and speeches, it was a night that perfectly captured our company’s spirit.

The celebration officially kicked off around 6:00 PM, warmly hosted by Ferjohn Amistad and Cristina Quilog, who kept the energy lively and the program flowing smoothly throughout the night. The evening began with an Opening Prayer, setting a grateful and positive tone for the celebration.

This was followed by the Opening Remarks and the formal Introduction of our CEO and valued clients, where we highlighted the strong partnerships, mutual trust, and shared successes we have built together throughout the year. This segment set the tone for the program by acknowledging the collaboration and support that have driven our collective growth and achievements.

The fun quickly picked up with three exciting games and three raffle draws, filling the venue with cheers, friendly competition, and nonstop laughter. Guests eagerly joined in the activities, sharing smiles and playful banter as anticipation grew with every draw. These lively moments brought everyone closer together, creating an atmosphere of joy and camaraderie that truly captured the warmth and spirit of the holiday celebration.

The celebration then transitioned into a shared dinner, where everyone enjoyed delicious food while a slideshow of memorable moments from throughout the year played on screen. At the same time, live vocal performances filled the venue with music, creating a lively yet relaxing atmosphere as colleagues reflected on the milestones, challenges, and successes they experienced together. This meaningful moment allowed everyone to unwind, reconnect, and celebrate the journey they shared as a team throughout the year.

The spotlight turned to our talented teams with three dynamic dance presentations, each lasting five minutes and thoughtfully choreographed to showcase creativity, teamwork, and passion. Every performance brought its own energy and theme to the stage, captivating the audience and reflecting the dedication and hard work of the participants. The crowd responded with enthusiastic applause, making each presentation a highlight of the program.

To keep the momentum and excitement alive, three raffle draws were held in between the dance performances. Anticipation filled the venue as names were called, with cheers, laughter, and friendly reactions echoing throughout the room. These moments added an element of fun and surprise, keeping the audience fully engaged from start to finish.

Capping off the performances, Team Bukkenoh Plus emerged as the Dance Competition Champion, earning well-deserved applause for their outstanding and energetic presentation. Their performance stood out for its strong coordination, creativity, and stage presence, leaving a lasting impression on both the judges and the audience. The recognition marked a proud and celebratory moment, perfectly concluding an exciting segment of the event.

The segment concluded with speeches from our leaders, who shared heartfelt words of appreciation for everyone’s hard work and dedication, along with messages of encouragement and inspiration for the year ahead. 

The highlight of the program was Hideki-san’s Year-End Speech, where he reflected on the company’s journey, the challenges overcome, and the growth achieved throughout the year. He expressed gratitude for the team’s dedication and shared an inspiring vision for the future, encouraging everyone to move forward with unity and confidence in the year ahead.
