Information Security Management System (ISMS) Basic Policy
1. Management Responsibility
The Company shall take leadership under top management to systematically and continuously improve and enhance information security throughout the organization.
2. Establishment of Internal Framework
The Company shall establish an organizational structure to maintain and improve information security and shall define information security measures as formal internal rules and regulations.
3. Employee Commitment
All employees of the Company shall acquire the necessary knowledge and skills required for information security and shall ensure the effectiveness of information security initiatives.
4. Compliance with Laws and Contractual Requirements
The Company shall comply with all laws, regulations, standards, and contractual obligations related to information security, and shall meet the expectations of its customers.
5. Response to Violations and Incidents
In the event of violations of laws or contracts related to information security, or in the event of security incidents, the Company shall respond appropriately and strive to prevent recurrence.
