  • What is the onboarding process like for new hires?

    Make them feel welcome and slowly guide them through the office. Give them a chance to look around and ask questions so they know you have nothing to hide. This is a great opportunity for new employees to be familiar with their future e colleagues and feel really comfortable. Orientation give them an overview of our company rules and regulations and get to know the basics and introduce the employee to their workstation as well.
