HiPE Christmas Party 2022

Held together with Manila & Cebu engineers

This year, we were able to hold a HiPE-sponsored Christmas party jointly with Cebu engineers, Manila engineers, and administrative staff in Cebu, Philippines.



Last year it was canceled due to a large typhoon, so it was held for the first time in two years. This is also thanks to the Japanese clients who have been patronizing us on a daily basis. Thank you so much! 


Christmas Giveaways

At company Christmas parties in the Philippines, it is customary to give presents to employees from the company. This year, in addition to the usual food basket, we have prepared mugs printed with portraits designed by our designers. Pretty good.



There is also an exchange of Christmas gifts that you do not know who will receive them until the day of the event. This year I received a nice painting from an engineer named Jonathan. I decided to hang it in my new office in Manila.


Event Programs

HiPE engineers are organized into teams for each assigned client. At this party, each team performed and there was an awards ceremony in a contest format. The winner this time is the team from Company B, which has been supporting HiPE since its founding!



King of Employees 2022

HiPE will award the engineer who contributed the most to the Christmas party that year. This year, Serrano-kun, who was assigned to W company, who contributed the most to the increase in the team, shone as King of Employee 2022.



For next year

At the end of the party, I gave a speech about my plans for next year and a review of the past three years. Perhaps next year, HiPE will be able to make a start dash in the best conditions.
