Message from CEO

Thank you for visiting our website. We, at HiPE, have been helping to develop IT products for Japanese clients since 2019. HiPE is my first business outside my country, Japan. Most of the engineers who belong to HiPE are new graduates, and it was a challenge for me. Now they have grown and have contributed a lot to the company. HiPE is not a young and large company. However, employees have many opportunities to play an active role. And everyone has a corporate culture where everyone works hard for happiness. We are looking for members who are willing to work together and be happy.

  • What is the onboarding process like for new hires?

    Make them feel welcome and slowly guide them through the office. Give them a chance to look around and ask questions so they know you have nothing to hide. This is a great opportunity for new employees to be familiar with their future e colleagues and feel really comfortable. Orientation give them an overview of our company rules and regulations and get to know the basics and introduce the employee to their workstation as well.

    If you will be hired, you will be working with 20-30 engineers. Expect that you will be in an environment where you will grow within the organization.
