Christmas has already started in the Philippines lol Due to the pandemic that started in March last year, HiPE has been operating with a mix of remote work and office operation, but finally, engineers will develop for the client at the office for the entire schedule. I was able to help you. Cebu is also going well with vaccination, and the number of new infections is also on the decline. HiPE engineers are also being vaccinated at a good pace. For these reasons, we have decided to resume office work all day.
What to expect from office work
We have been working remotely for more than a year and a half and have been able to operate without any major problems, but as engineers continue their daily work without being monitored, there are anxiety factors such as a decline in social awareness and communication errors. was.

There were many things that I felt negative during the remote work period.
In addition, when junior engineers ask senior engineers technical questions, they often use chats, etc., which often takes away senior engineers' time.
Since we will be working together in the same place from now on, we will be able to work with a better awareness and eliminate wasted time, so I expect our engineers to be able to deliver products more quickly and with better quality.
We haven't completely suppressed the coronavirus, so I'm going to do it while praying that I won't be working remotely again, while making sure to take measures against infection.
